2024 Regional Symposia - Sponsorship
The Society For Biomaterials invites you to participate in the 2024 Regional Symposia as a conference sponsor! The 2024 Regional Symposia will take place at six distinguished universities across the country on September 19-20, 2024:
- Northeast: Northeastern University
- Midwest: Case Western Reserve University
- Southeast: Georgia Institute of Technology
- Southwest: University of Texas at Austin
- Western: University of Colorado, Anschutz
- Northwest: University of Washington

The program will include shared plenary speakers from the various locations, that will be accessible remotely across the country. Participants will include faculty and student populations from various regions, not just the host institutions! The program will also feature regional presentations, speakers, and posters.
National Sponsorship:
National sponsors at all levels will be recognized on the meeting website and all of the regional symposia web pages, on slides during the event in all locations, and in signage on-site at each of the events. We anticipate approximately 150-200 attendees per location, for a combined audience equivalent to the SFB Annual Meeting (900-1200).

Advertising Options (on the SFB Website Homepage):
- $6,000 – Shared Plenary Lecture Sponsorship* (Slide shared during presentation) *Limit one per session – first come, first served
- $6,000 – NETWORKING EVENT SPONSORSHIPS** – ALL locations **(Networking events will be specific to each location and may include luncheons, breaks, breakfasts, or mixers. Contact headquarters for more information.)
- $5,000 – Sidebar Ad: 300 x 250 PX
- $5,000 – Footer Ad: 728 x 90 PX (“Sticky”)
- $5,000 – Display Ad: 728 X 300 PX
- $5,000 – Lanyards
- $500 – Literature Distribution (Sponsor responsible for printing/shipping literature to each conference location.)
- $200 each, no limit – Company Branded Student Awards (recognition to Student and listing on each site-specific page. Students will receive $100 to cover the entire member registration cost.)
Regional Sponsorship:
Regional sponsors at all levels will be recognized on the regional symposia home page and on slides during the event in the specifically sponsored location. All contributions are welcome and sponsors will be recognized according to their overall contribution to the SFB 2024 Fall Symposia.

- $1,000 – Session Sponsorship* (Topical focus – site specific) *Limit one per session – first come, first served
