Society For Biomaterials 2027 Annual Meeting & Exposition

The Society For Biomaterials invites the biomaterials community to submit ideas for the 2027 SFB Annual Meeting & Exposition, taking place April 27 – May 1, 2027, in Seattle, Washington. Under the theme "Innovation Reigns: Advancing the Future of Biomaterials," we are seeking innovative and engaging ideas for scientific sessions, symposia, workshops, panel discussions, student and early-career programming, and other educational opportunities. The Program Committee is particularly interested in topics that address emerging areas of biomaterials research, industry relevance, translational science, medical devices, regulatory considerations, commercialization, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Special Interest Groups are encouraged to partner with other SIGs and industry collaborators to develop impactful programming. 

A two-stage review process will be used to select sessions for the final program.
