Bylaws Committee

Duties:

The Bylaws Committee shall consider and report on questions and problems arising with respect to the bylaws of the corporation and shall make recommendations for revisions to the Council. The chairperson of the Bylaws Committee shall serve as the Parliamentarian of the Society.

Composition:

The Bylaws Committee shall consist of five members with the Chairperson being appointed annually by the President. This Chairperson shall recommend to the President the remaining four members to be appointed.
