The Society For Biomaterials
is a professional society which promotes advances in all phases of materials research and development by encouragement of cooperative educational programs, clinical applications, and professional standards in the biomaterials field.

2008/2009 SFB Board of Directors

During the 2008 World Biomaterials Congress held in Amsterdam, Netherlands, a new Board of Directors was installed:

Jeffrey Hubbell – President
Lynne Jones – President-Elect
Alan Litsky – Secretary/Treasurer
Antonios Mikos – Secretary/Treasurer-Elect
Julia Babensee – Member-at-Large
Martine LaBerge – 1st Past President
C. Mauli Agrawal – 2nd Past President
